A few things we'd love your steer on

None of these are urgent. Whenever you've had a click around, drop us a line on these and we'll prioritise Phase 2 around what matters most to you.

  1. 1What lands first in Phase 2? Stripe payments, email notifications, or the Telegram bot for ticket replies? Pick the one that takes the most pressure off you.
  2. 2Pre-paid buyback packs — a branded jiffy bag posted to sellers when they accept our offer. Worth the operational lift?
  3. 3Default trade discount range for new approvals — we suggest 10-15% sole traders, 15-20% limited companies, custom for the big ones. Sound right?
  4. 4eBay credentials — should we apply for the developer keyset now? Approval takes 1-2 weeks and we'll need it for Phase 3 sync.
